Established since 1945, Cybarco operated as a local building contracting company carrying out works in major civil engineering and building projects. Today it has evolved into an international building/engineering contracting company and real estate developer with multinational operations in both Europe and the Middle East.

In Contracting, Cybarco is active in major projects including highways, provincial sewage systems, dams, power stations, airfields, hotels, golf and leisure resorts and has completed these projects in many countries including Cyprus, Greece, Bahrain, Qatar amongst others.

The constant updating of its internal standards and auditing policies combined with latest equipment and high quality materials used ensures that Cybarco maintains consistently high standards and quality.

The property development division of the company offers high quality properties in Cyprus and Greece, including commercial developments, it also offers exclusively designed residential housing as well as holiday homes both beach and country and prestigious golf properties.

The company has sales offices all over Cyprus, as well as in London, Athens, Rhodes, Crete and Moscow. A large network of agents and associates in various other countries actively promotes Cybarco’s interests, strengthening the company’s operation.

Cybarco is pursuing diversification through its Capital Projects Division which is active in BOT, PPP and PFI type projects as well as Project and Facility Management.
