The Lanitis Group has undertaken a special leisure and residential project on the site of its existing citrus plantations in the Fasouri area near Limassol. Lanitis Farm Golf Ltd has been established in order to successfully design, develop and operate this new project.

One of the main goals of the masterplan, as designed by EDAW, is to create a contemporary designed, integrated leisure and residential community project that includes the best of modern Cypriot architecture and planned community living. The project will include :

• a Residential quarter
• a high quality 18-hole championship golf course designed by Cabell Robinson
• a central core country club
• amenity parkland and
• ecological open space.


It is expected that construction will begin in January 2009 and the core amenities and infrastructure will be completed within 2 years.
